• • To gain the learner's attention and provide a more personalized experience, I began by immersing them in a realistic hospital scenario. In this scenario, they personalize their experience by entering their name and selecting an avatar. They are then introduced to the problem during a 'meeting' with the charge nurse, who outlines a severe incident and the consequences caused by the ineffective use of the ePrescription management platform.

• • The learner is presented with the learning objectives in a clear, actionable, and conversational format. This approach ensures that the objectives are directly tied to the scenario, reinforcing their relevance and importance in preventing similar issues.

• • In the 'case study challenge,' learners engage in a scenario-based experience, applying what they've learned in a realistic context by assessing their performance and enhancing transfer. Their performance is elicited through interactive decision-making, where each choice they make directly influences the outcome. Positive feedback is provided through congratulatory emails and celebratory meetings for correctly completed tasks, while negative feedback includes warnings and scenarios that illustrate the real-world consequences of incorrect actions. This approach ensures that learners not only understand the content but can also apply it effectively in practice.
